Cala Pada offre una vasta spiaggia sabbiosa con fondale marino poco profondo e delle acque magicamente trasparenti. Pini profumati circondano la costa di sabbia sopra rocce rosse scoscese.
C’è una lunga passerella in legno che va dalla riva destra verso il mare.
Spesso frequentato da ospiti della vicina località di Cala Pada, questa spiaggia è anche una grande possibilità di sfuggire quando la corsa all’ora di pranzo riempie vicina Santa Eulalia. E ‘un bel posto per fermarsi intorno a mezzogiorno a bere un bicchiere di vino o una birra, un posto frequentato, ma tranquillo, in cui si ha una buona rappresentazione di ciò che Ibiza è: una colonia inglese misto a tedesco, Ibiza e la gente che arriva da diverse parti del del mondo e si riunische intorno alla musica.
Tre ristoranti e bar con diversa cucina internazionale, da tapas spagnole al cibo tailandese. Bella atmosfera.
Le barriere coralline al largo proteggono la baia dal mare, che lo rende apprezzato dai surfisti dell’isola quando il vento soffia a sud.
Suggerimento: il parcheggio qui a volte può essere molto stretto, invece di girare a Cala Pada prendere la strada che conduce a S’Argamassa e parcheggiate più vicino che potete al bordo della strada, siete a soli 50 metri dalla spiaggia.
Cala Pada offers a broad, sandy beach with a slowly shelving sea bed and magically transparent waters. Fragrant pines surround the sand bar above craggy red rocks.
There is a long wooden boardwalk stretching from the shore right into the sea.
Often frequented by guests of the nearby Cala Pada resort, its also a great option to escape to when the lunchtime rush fills neighbouring Santa Eulalia. It is a nice place to stop around midday to drink a glass of wine or a beer, a busy but quiet spot, in which we are a good representation of what Ibiza is : an english colony mixed with german, ibizan and people from many different parts of the world meeting around music.
Three different restaurants and bars with different international kitchen, from spanish tapas to thai food. Nice ambiance.
The offshore reefs protect the bay from the sea, making it popular with the island’s windsurfers when the south wind blows.
Tip : parking here can sometimes be very tight, instead of turning to Cala Pada take the road that drives to S´Argamassa and park as close to the bend as you can, it is only 50m away from the beach.
