Palau March Museum

Palau March Museum houses the collection of art and books of the Bartolomé March Foundation and it’s situated in the historic center of Palma. A n interesting contemporary sculpture collection is distributed through the patios of the beautiful building, with outstanding works by artists such as Rodin, Moore or Chillida and a series of 40 sculptures of religious themes made in polychrome wood. Other objects exhibited include a typical Neapolitan Nativity Scene of the 18th century, with over a thousand pieces, a manuscripts and decorated books room, with illustrations by Spanish and French artists, and a collection of ancient navigation charts of Mallorca dating 14th and 15th centuries.
