Cap Blanc Lighthouse dates back 1863 and its technology has been adapted throughout the years, until it was electrified in 1970. Furthermore, in 1859 the optic from Artrutx’s lighthouse was installed, making Cabo Blanco lighthouse the only one in the Balearic islands that still has all optics from Isabel II period (1833-1868).
