Located around Marivent Palace and the Fundació Pilar and Joan Miró area, Cala Major is an urban beach very close to numerous souvenir shops and bars. It can be accessed by buses number 3 and 20.
During the nineties, tons of sand were added to this beach, but its natural rocks are still maintained. A small jetty, used as a solarium, divides the cove into two parts.
