Cala en Basset Tower was built in 16th century as a defense tower used to guard the coast and protect the island from possible pirate attacks. To get here, there’s a walking route called Camí de Can Tomeuí that starts in the picturesque village of Sant Elm. The route goes by a beautiful pine forest and allows to contemplate astonishing views over the Sa Dragonera island, Cala en Basset and Morro de sa Rajada. The tour is about 2.5 km, the round trip takes about two hours.
