“La meva cristina ” ( My Cristina) , is a play inspired by a story by Mercè Rodoreda from whose name is called.
In My Cristina, almost a realistic and poetic interpretation of the Biblical myth of Jonás, a refugee is sworn by a whale, who feeds and who tortures until death, but in this strange adventure miraculously saves and the means turns it into a pearl: the pearl man, who is no longer capable of adapting to the routine daily life.
