Focused on local cuisine and which will be the protagonists of the traditions related to the “matanza el cerdo” the “slaughter of the pig”, its products and emblematic dishes. Among the novelties, the “I Contest of Honeys of the Balearic Islands” in collaboration with the Association of Beekeepers of Ibiza.

The conference is entitled “Time of slaughter” and menus will be offered at 25 euros, with drinks not included in the price, although it is an essential requirement to recommend wines from the land. Tapas will also be the protagonists, including a glass of wine from Ibiza cellars in the price of 6 euros.
