FRIDAY 23 OCTOBER
From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.: numbers will be given out in the Hotel Ibiza-Playa
From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.: triathletes’ fair in the Hotel Ibiza-Playa
At 8 p.m.: training talk (to be determined)
SATURDAY 24 OCTOBER
From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: numbers will be given out
From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: triathletes’ fair
At 11 a.m.: the bus covering the triathlon cycling route will leave.
From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.: numbers will be given out.
From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.: triathletles’ fair
At 7h30’ p.m.: technical meeting in Spanish
At 8 p.m.: technical meeting in English
At 8h30’p.m.: opening of the material box control
At 9h30’ p.m.: closing of the material box control
SUNDAY 25 OCTOBER
From 6 a.m. to 7h15’ a.m.: opening of the transition area
From 6h30’ a.m. to 7h 00’ a.m.: warm-up area
At 7h15’ a.m.: personal identification and control area
At 7h30’ a.m.: start of the Ibiza Half Triathlon
At 11h30’ a.m.: approximate arrival of the first qualified male triathlete
When the first 3 absolute male triathletes have arrived, trophies will be given out
At noon: approximate arrival of the first qualified female athlete
When the first 3 absolute female triathletes have arrived, trophies will be given out
When the trial finishes, trophies for the rest of the categories will be given out
